To achieve this, we have a dedicated Prototyping/NPI line and our hand assembly area which has been specifically designed to accommodate fast turn arounds, hence ensuring that our clients' innovative ideas are transformed into tangible products without delay.

Beyond just the initial stages of product development, our assembly area is versatile enough to handle low volume pre-production runs. This flexibility ensures that our clients can test and iterate their products, ensuring optimal functionality and market fit before a full-scale production.

Moreover, Facet is not just a manufacturing partner; we're a full-fledged technical ally. When projects demand it, our team is equipped to provide technical support in areas like board testing. We understand that the manufacturing process is intricate and that achieving perfection sometimes requires adjustments. To facilitate this, we also offer guidance on Design for Manufacture (DFM). Our input aims to ensure customer’s products are manufactured efficiently, ensuring low assembly costs and product reliability.
